While the service at the point is okay, the POSTMAN who leaves parcels at this branch is regrettable and criticized. No first advice, no second advice - total ignorance and no respect for the customer. It's scary to order anything via the Polish post office, because with this approach all parcels will be returned to the sender.
For 10 min not one person left the window. The queue does not move, I had to resign from posting. It is definitely not a good place if someone is in a hurry.
I used the services of this institution and I was very satisfied until I wanted to send the package via envelo. Mrs. Edyta B. could not scan the bar code and instead of trying to solve it somehow she said that I have an OLD and BAD printer !!! Edyta was insolent and very rude !!!! I RECOMMEND TO USE ANOTHER PLACE OR TO GIVE UP BY MRS. EDYTE B. WIDE ARCH !!!!
Fast and efficient.
Concrete and fast service! It is rare in the post office ... I love to send letters and parcels in this office.
