I am not polish and they don't speak english but fortunately they are very helpful
No matter what time you arrive, you have to stand in line outside! So what if there are two working ladies on a shift, if only one window is open? In addition, it is reprehensible for me to wear a mask under my nose by working ladies. Whenever I can, I choose another mail.
Standing in line is guaranteed. I understand that COVID and customer limits, however, the notoriously open one window, where the ladies do not work too fast, makes the waiting time well over several dozen minutes. Maybe it's okay in normal times, but during a lockdown I advise against it
Like most customers, I don't recommend this place. Support for older staff straight from the communist era
