A historical landmark located right in the middle of Mistrzejowice, surrounded by hills and trees. Closed for visitors and slightly neglected, however, still impressive. The fort is surrounded by a park, there's also a basketball field nearby and a playground for children. There are many benches available so if you get tired, there's a place for rest or to read a book.

I grew up in the neighborhood. I often visited this place in the 1980s and 1990s. Back then, there were still syrups made of trapezoidal sheet metal that you could walk on. There were even doors that closed. There have been many plans over the years (warehouses, restaurant) but nothing has come of it so far. At least they did the park around nicely. In my childhood it was a wild forest, but the sledding hills were great.

It is worth seeing, all the more so because practically the austian forts are unique due to the variety of their functions
