The story is very interesting. Jakub Wyrwa, being a parish priest of Ryglice, led, among others, for the construction of a new brick church during World War II, i.e. in 1941. He cared for the town and the surrounding population. At the moment when he learned that the Germans were starting to burn the market in retaliation for the partisan action of Battalion "Barbara". Apparently he was supposed to kneel before the commander of SS-men and beg them not to smoke the city completely. Unfortunately, burned, among others historic eighteenth-century houses with arcades. Another time, together for the information about the murder of the Home Army chaplain in Bistuszowa - priest Ulatowski, by "tata kata" - Karl Opperman, ordered to bring a corpse and bury them at the graveyard in Ryglice in an unmarked grave. They were transferred after the war to Tuchów. A great dream of priest Jakub Wyrwa was buried after death at the church in Ryglice. Unfortunately, in 1953, the communist authorities did not approve of it. The priest was buried with great reverence, so the priest in the crypt of the Leśniowski family chapel. It was only on the 50th anniversary of his death that the current parish priest, Fr.
