Designer: Heinrich Scholz The cemetery occupies part of the hill which slopes down to the road. It has a rectangular plan with bevelled corners. In the middle there is a massive central monument crowned with a modest wooden cross. 137 Austro-Hungarian and 97 Russian soldiers were buried here. Inscription: TRAUERT NICHT / DAS UNSER MUND VERSTUMMT IST / UNSERE GRABER / SOLLEN ZU EUCH SPRECHEN / VON DER LIEBE ZUM VATERLAND!

The cemetery is a remnant of the Battle of Gorlice from May 1915 and earlier skirmishes from December 1914. Austro-Hungarian and Russian soldiers were buried there in individual graves and mass graves. It was designed by an architect - Heinrich Scholz, who created this type of necropolis in the Tarnów district. The cemetery has a very unusual kopijnik, so-called fejfa hungarica, which is now a symbol of Hungarians buried abroad. Stelle with tombstones have been set in parallel rows to the central monument. In the middle there is a pedestal with a wooden cross. It is surrounded by a concrete fence with metal pipes.
