If it was possible to give 10 stars for pro-customer treatment, I would even give 11. For the fact that the store service, and I mean probably everyone who was in the store on 20/11 at around 21, is understanding and helpful. The abstract problem created by the online store was solved very quickly by the store manager. In addition, he gave advice on a complaint that I would not have dealt with through an online store in my life (they can only throw the handset). Honor Media Expert saved only thanks to today's service of this store. If I am to be a Media Expert customer, only in this store. 5 stars for commitment to problem solving, smile and kindness. I suggest sending the hotline for customer service training to this store, so that they can learn how to establish good relations with their customers;) thank you very much for today's help!

The consultants were very helpful in choosing a TV set. They provided specific information on the various models. The purchased TV set was immediately updated by the consultant according to the instructions, which is a great convenience for us, as we only have to plug it in.
