I used only the website. I do not know how the website of the brands that are on sale, but the part they wanted to order for exchange was well overpriced. I ordered it myself, saving PLN 250, i.e. 60-70% of the price ... The exchange was to be free. I replaced the part myself. However, maybe they have some contracts and need to download parts from company catalogs and hence the amount. Overall, friendly and professional service at a glance.

Steer clear of this store !!! My wife bought a bicycle helmet 2 weeks from the online store. Not only that the helmet has not been received to this day, they do not want to return the money transferred to their account. The attempt to contact the owner comes down to the phone that the store employee receives and claims that he does not know anything ... and will hand over the matter to the owner. The owner also does not respond to emails. Most likely the final of the unfortunate purchase will end in court ... Tragedy !!!
