I do not recommend using this point if you care about timeliness .... In September I gave my bike over for inspection and gear replacement. Old bike, apparently no parts, covid these things. I picked up the bike after two weeks (because I wanted to ride it a bit more). I paid for the inspection and for the replacement of the derailleur, which did not arrive ... was supposed to arrive, you were supposed to call ... I looked a few times asking for parts. It's the end of November, no contact. I do not recommend.

I recommend !!! I was able to arrange a quick repair right away, and I also purchased additional products. Covid year, you can see that a lot of orders, customers came all the time and a lot of bikes to the service, so possible waiting with a bike, but as I write - I made it :)

Invalid owner. The declared time to repair the bike does not coincide with the reality. The bike should be "as new" and there are some shortcomings. Rather, I do not recommend it because the waiting time for a bike is not worth repairing a bike on this website. I am convinced that somewhere and elsewhere they will make the bike faster and better.
