It's a tiny bookstore, mostly crowded and you have to spend here a while because of the queues. It's better to check on the internet if they have book you need before visit. And also it is expensive.
You are comforted to react to the opinion after 2 years and 3 months ... Yes, I did not buy anything from you. Why? Because despite the information that a specific book was in stock, it turned out that it did not exist. Thank you for your greetings and congratulations on your reflexes.
I do not recommend this bookstore. Their offer includes textbooks that they actually do not have in stock. No contact by email or phone. Only upon receipt, the customer finds out that the order placed is incomplete. I find it very unfair.
PS. Maybe you should just have a pre-sale annotation like other sellers do? When choosing the textbooks, unfortunately I did not find such information on the website.
Everything ok (except for not answering the phone), but WHY are all employees missing masks, covers, etc.? Store as if from before the coronavirus.
I do not recommend!!! Total lack of contact! They don't answer the phone! On September 10, I ordered religious books for preschoolers. On September 22nd, after another unsuccessful calling day, I wrote an e-mail asking what was going on with my order as I paid for the books and shipping on September 10th. I received a reply e-mail that they cannot fulfill my order. Mockery! They sell books they don't own. On the same day (September 22) I got an e-mail that the transfer was refunded. I haven't received the money until today
(September 29) and, of course, they do not reply to the e-mail. Don't be fooled as they did in my case.
