The worst service I have encountered in my life. I gave the car over for repair. The bumper, radiator, fan, tire and rim were to be replaced. I was not exchanged anything, because 5000 PLN from AC is not enough for this service (by the way, I will add that another sewis has already started repairs at this price). Despite the initial declarations of the boss, also one of the consultants, that the car will be repaired, maybe not on the original parts, but that "we will offer you something", after a week of stopping the car at the site, it turned out that nothing was offered at all - I had to do it tow truck to another workshop at your own expense. The alleged Honda standards were referred to. (only that the service has not been an authorized Honda service for several years). I also used a Matraszek replacement car: despite the telephone promises that there would be a reduction, maybe a lump sum, the promise was quickly withdrawn. The consultant for no reason stated that her boss disagreed. Anyway, despite my request to extend the car rental until the repair (not for free), the lady from the service did not agree to it. Well ... Honda standards. I advise all potential clients to avoid this workshop with a wide berth.

Two weeks ago I bought a Honda CRV from Auto Matraszek. Some time ago my family grew and I was looking for a bigger car. I've been driving Honda for 10 years so the choice was obvious. My budget for the purchase was up to 50,000. I checked out some CRVs from the announcement but it was drama. Naotomoto I found a copy that stood in Marki in Auto Matraszek, I knew this salon because a few years ago my father bought and serviced a Honda there. They no longer have authorization, but the service and second-hand sales still work. There were several CRVs in the square. In my range was CRV III gen. 2.0 MT from 2012. The car was bought and serviced by the 2nd owner. Service book for inspection, history in their computer as well. Two sheet metal damages but minor (passenger's door and rear bumper) repair invoices available for inspection. The seller measured the varnish with a sensor and in fact in the original, except repaired elements. Interior paint refreshed washed. We agreed to check the car the next day at an authorized service station. Seller's info was confirmed at ASO. Filters replaced, the blocks will last for a minimum of 10,000. km, suspension ok, no leaks, they found wear proportional to the mileage. Everything was OK so it's time for a test drive. Before the test drive, I had to sign a declaration that I was not under the influence of alcohol or any other substances and they wrote it me with my driving license. Driving on the beltway did not interest me very much. I wanted to check the car on unevenness. The seller drove me "to the pits". I rode over unevenness and dirt way. It was OK, nothing knocks in suspension. The price negotiations were difficult, but I broke something. I had watched the cheaper ones before, but it was a waste of time. Before lunch, they offered me an insurance package, but I only bought third party liability from them. After two weeks of use, I can only confirm the right choice. A spacious car, a trolley can easily fit in the trunk, nothing knocks and does not knock. After a week, the salesman called me and asked if the car was working well. He offered me anti-corrosion protection for the chassis. It surprised me a bit, but after all thoughtfully I will use the service probably after the holidays. I am careful with my decisions, I preferred to take a little more time and check the car carefully before buying it and it was worth it. The seller spent a lot of time on me and answered all my questions. I left in an insured car with verified history. To sum up, I recommend it with a clear conscience purchase at Auto Matraszek.

I recommend! The gentleman on the site is very contact and kind. He tries very hard to help the client in every situation. The lady at the reception was also very involved in servicing the service's customers. Helpful and very nice.

My visit to this place was just a waste of time and nerves. I asked for a simple bulb replacement in my car, calling the day before and asking carefully for the price. On site, it turned out that the total cost of this service was almost twice as high as the price quoted by phone. The gentleman from the service department persuaded me that I heard the amount wrong during the conversation, and then he fired me with a huge grudge that now he can remove this bulb, since I do not want to pay the higher amount. In the end, I paid as much as I was told, but the whole situation is absurd and unacceptable in a reputable service. I understand that you can make a mistake - because no one is infallible, but trying to persuade someone and throwing texts as I mentioned above does not speak well for the company. I will be avoiding, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I was there some time ago. I asked for some details. No permission was given for a test drive. The car can only be checked at their workshop. You do not buy a car for 50,000 without a test drive based on the words and assurances of a nice seller. I understand that this was once a Honda salon. I also understand the lack of time .. But if you can't spend 15 minutes on a test drive, why trade? I am to pay PLN 50,000 and only then find out how the box works? Engine Etc. They provide a varnish meter but it's their meter. They will also provide a lift. Although I had the impression that they make a great grace of it .. Generally a very strange conversation with the seller. Without a test drive, even 5 km there is no conversation about buying a car. Overall, I do not recommend. Well-groomed salon. Cars in good visual condition. But these strange salesman actions effectively scared me away. I have already bought the car. And there was a test drive at the Honda showroom in Warsaw. Diagnostic station and everything that should be when selling a car. Change the sales policy and I hope that the owner of this salon will read it. If you don't want to devote your 15 minutes to your customer and talk about the price and conditions while driving, it's a shame, it's really a shame to someone else's time. I have only allowed myself to give my assessment and opinion now, because the situation is really strange. And worth warning others. Do not buy cars without a test drive. I also recommend taking someone who knows about cars with you. Do not rely on the words of the seller. I'm not an expert, but a few things the seller told me I verified .. Prices are not negotiable. The distaste remained. I really do not recommend. I only lost time. And I drove almost 150km to see the car ..
