Even by Polish standards, the police in Marec do very badly. Police are summoned to screams and noises in a neighbor's apartment. First, 10 minutes of arguing with the duty officer, then after 1 hour and 15 minutes the patrol arrives. Until then, it was quiet. The policemen do not state anything and do not even take notes, even though other neighbors have gone out and confirm the noises for a long time. Zero reaction, spycology and idleness are the three phrases that define the Married police.
