I've been emailing them because minor damages and they don't answer. First email was December 4, today is February 20. At least it was not serious damage. Think twice before using their services. They also were very late, although I don't mind this.

Good price/quality ratio. Experienced guys who know how to do their job. We sent the bikes to Bishkek and back and it was smooth, even though the bikes took a little bit to get back. Comunication was good but can improve, we will repeat!

Great service. I used Advfactory two times. First they shipped my bike to Biskek and the second time to Valparaiso. The bikes and all my motorcycle gear arrived in excellent condition.

Should be -5, did one of my life worst errors when I trusted them to ship back my motorcycle from Mongolia. Motorcycle arrived almost 2 months late, partially disassembled, some parts are missing. During the whole wait time almost no communications were provided by them, they are extremely hard to reach by phone, email or whatsapp (at least after they were paid). What is worst is that that someone between Mongolia and Italy actually drove my motorcycle for 140 Kilometers (I shoot a picture of the odometer when I left motorcyle at their warehouse in Mongolia). They were able to botch in almost all possible ways dealings with customs. We agreed to have motorcycle delivered to my dealer shop for checks, but after having sent them many times dealer's address their driver (a poor soul they hired for little money, I think) has been given my home address. Totally unprofessional, amateurs of the worst kind. To be avoided like plague
