July 2020 - parking ticket, too close to the sidewalk, without obstructing the traffic of other vehicles - a call to appear, which did not arise, because during my visit 2 days later, the guard building was closed due to epidemic reasons ??? Smoking in front of the entrance, sloppyly dressed employee, telephone after a short conversation. with "someone from the inside", when asked about the activity of the officers and the absurdity of summoning me to a closed office, he "politely" advised me "You will learn to read". Probably, notices were sent in the form of notices for collection at the post office, which were not taken - also for epidemic reasons. After 2 months from the incident, the officers in the number of 3, parking in front of the building in which I live, in a way that made it difficult to enter the property and leave for other parked cars - delivered them personally - this time without reservations as to courtesy, although they referred to the order from " Warszawy ", while the matter is very local. The punch line of a rhetorical question: apart from the value of the mandate itself, which I do not question, how much does such a procedure cost me as a taxpayer? Does the personal delivery of correspondence not interfere with other, more useful tasks for Konstancin's community? Ps. What happened to my negative review of 07'20 here?
