We have been going on vacation with a Window for years - I sincerely recommend it. They can examine the customer's needs, analyze offers and propose something that should appeal to the customer. Apart from one slip-up with the bankruptcy of a travel agency, we always hit the jackpot during the trip, and in that unfortunate situation they stayed in touch with us, and as part of maintaining good relations, we got a discount voucher for the next vacation.
