It's just super beautiful. Owners, all the staff always nice and friendly. Hotel is very clean. The food is great. We will definitely be back.

It's hard to give such opinions on the standard that the villa offers, but I think that maybe it will give something to the management. Great hotel itself, large rooms, nice bathroom, balcony, fridge, everything is fine. The only thing you can fault is a terribly tiny TV set from before the era, but this is not a problem in the era of smartphones. Judging by the ville itself, I would have given it 4 stars. The situation with breakfast on September 8. The service itself is great, full of professionalism. Ladies waitresses nice, smiling, helpful. The problem is with your manager? Most likely the restaurant manager, who calmly sat down two rows of chairs behind us and as if nothing had happened, as if she were alone here, started screaming. At breakfast, the guest room is almost full, the manager sits down and shouts at the service. But not that she shouted a few words and that's it. Those were whole sentences, a classic boorish man. It seems to me that such things can be settled by conversation, calmly and in the back room or in a place created for it, and not sitting with your back to a room full of guests. Total lack of professionalism on the part of this lady. Deal with such matters in front of the guests by shouting. Rather, I will not choose here again until I see some information that this lady has undergone appropriate training for team management or has been fired and replaced with someone competent for the position.
