As all ErgoHestia TRAGEDIA theoretically have "POLICY SERVICE ONLINE" email addresses where, after 2 weeks of waiting for a response, they send them to the AGENT. the same is with the HOTLINE. REQUEST TO CONTACT THE AGENT.
