In my opinion, the overall rating for this company, in the form of 4 stars, is too high and completely unreliable. In my case, the failure was to remove the leak in the heating system. First, it's expensive (20-30% more expensive than the competition). What's worse was to be fast and professional. Quick - yes. They were the next day in a few people. Professionally - unfortunately not anymore. Aesthetics of work and quality of workmanship 0 stars, customer service - 0 stars. Complaint handling - free American. I do not recommend. Replying to the comment below, I inform you that: 1.My opinion is consistent with the facts. 2. I paid PLN 2600 for the "service". 3. The installation is still leaking. 4. Your works manager refused to come under the complaint claiming that everything was done right. Hence this and no other opinion. Too much: I would like to inform you that insulting me and trying to intimidate me are unprofessional and do not match the good name of your company. I would also like to point out that using invectives, calling me a quotation as a "complex bastard" and letting me know that you know where I live because you are in possession of my personal data, they have the hallmarks of criminal threats and are subject to art. 190 penal code

A very solid company. I lost my gas stove and everyone wanted to pull me but a plumber from this company came and solved my problem. Now I have a new stove cheaper than others.

Low quality. Fraudsters and washers. Zero profesionalizu - people by chance. They want to take pure cash without an invoice. I think you have to report it to the Tax Office
