Tonight I wanted to buy a few things for the evening for Sunday breakfast, without a mask, so they decided to throw me out of the store, I will add that there were bread and a drink in it that I just had to leave at the checkout .. come on, I can't wear the mask for health reasons. Two under penalty of a fine the seller can not fail to handle customer without mask: Art. 135 KW, Art. 543 of the Civil Code, art. 471 of the Civil Code. Legal basis: Polish Constitution: Art. 2, 7, 30, 31, 32, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 51, 52, 53, 68, 78, 83, 92, 233 Government regulations introduced by regulation are illegal. According to the Constitution, their source may be only a law. The obligation to wear masks breaks the law and constitutional freedoms - District Court in Kościan, Ref. act: II W 71/20, Supreme Court File no. act III KK 270/09

The payment terminal worked poorly, finally I had to pay in two installments and I left with a roll of printed paper with "card payment refusal" ... proposes to replace the terminals or the company that supports them
