Warranty inspection (after 1 year) of the car at the AMS service. And what can be added to my opinion posted last year after the purchase of the Clio IV LIMITED in AMS (review below) Briefly, so as not to bore the readers. Sincere expressions of satisfaction on my part, both for the car inspection and all activities preceding the inspection. Thank you so much to the team that worked on my Clio. The car that I actually returned for inspection in the same condition was already returned after it (there were no traces of any activities - by the way, as I asked in the initial phase of the formalities, nothing moved, nothing moved - everything went according to my plan). Mrs. Anna Kopańska ... (I am convinced that she will not blame me for using her data ...) Her approach to me, culture, sophistication, but also, and perhaps above all, professionalism, the ability to create a very warm atmosphere of all formalities - meetings, well ... I have no words to describe you and thank you. At the end, a summary of the review and just Mrs. Anna, step by step discussed and explained what was done - done, what to pay attention to in the future and, of course, when my next visit to the site. It was very transparent and did not require any additional questions from me or explanations from Ms Anna. Mrs. Anna ... THANK YOU BIG AND BEAUTIFULLY. I would also like to thank the rest of the service staff with whom I had the pleasure to meet. I greet you warmly. Good to see you later. Buying a Renault Clio in a showroom ... Fears and reflections arising from the various positions of gray owners of used cars and the so-called "professionals", whose opinions are skeptical, both about the purchase of a new car and service in showrooms. I choose AMS Chróścicki Salon in Siedlce after checking. High ratings both with customers and in the media dealing with the automotive industry. One phone call to the lounge. A nice lady from the reception invites me to a meeting with a specialist for new car sales. Upon arrival, the Lady leads me to Mr. Marek Kierzkowski. During our conversation, I watch a bit of the work of the salon staff. The atmosphere is so friendly, the client is treated not as an intruder, but as a real business partner. Mr. Marek Kierzkowski - professionalism, personal culture and, above all, all kinds of very, very transparent explanations, including advice. The other ladies and gentlemen from the salon staff with whom I had the pleasure, very cultured, eloquent, helpful. As a result of my two visits to the salon, several if not a dozen or so telephone conversations with Mr. Marek Kierzkowski and the third visit ended with the collection of the new Clio !!! Thanking you, Mr. President, I would like to reassure you that you have a staff of high-level people, both professional and living. To you with whom I had contact during all formalities Thank you very much. Mr. Marek ... You are, in my opinion, but also in the opinion of my family, a very good professional, cultural and articulate man who knows how to advise and help a man who, when buying a new car, has many doubts. Thank you, Mr. Marek, for advice, professionalism, help, warm atmosphere around my purchase, but also for a surprise. Please do not leave the AMS dealership, in five years I will report to you for another new car. Best regards.

I contacted the showroom, more specifically Mr. Jakub (new car advisor) regarding the purchase of a new car. The offer that Mr. Jakub prepared for me was very good. First of all, contact with Mr. Jakub is a revelation, high personal culture, customer interest, answering phone calls, etc. Believe me, I had contact with many advisors from various Renault showrooms in Poland and from Mr. Jakub they could learn a lot. Mr. Jakub, if you read this again, thank you for your patience, commitment and I wish you a healthy and Happy Easter :)
