Unfortunately, I do not assess cooperation with the company as well. The biggest complaint - the car put to the funeral is about 10 years old dark blue rusty, battered in some places car - Chrysler pacifica adapted to carry the casket. After calling the owners we received the answer that we did not specify what car we want - the 'better' one went to another funeral. We felt terrible on this difficult day. They seemed to us standard black typical funeral cars, but we were wrong .... The car arrived very inaccurately washed with stains on the windows - it was corrected after our intervention. The gentlemen carrying the casket and putting it in the grave also seemed unprofessional - it was very difficult for them to put the casket in the grave, the casket was tilted at an angle of about 40 degrees ... They did not have an easy task, but with a little experience they should cope better. ... I definitely do not recommend. From the beginning, the company seemed unprofessional and unfortunately the first impression was real. One of the gentlemen carrying coffins in dirty shoes, unsticked stickers on the shoes of the deceased - quite a few minor drawbacks, plus a big complaint about the quality of the car and putting the casket in the grave.
