I experienced great disappointment with the wreaths I ordered. Together with the lady from the florist's, we agreed what flowers the wreath should consist of. She wrote everything down. She quoted the price. The order I received did not match the flowers I chose, and the composition itself did not resemble the one I chose in any way. It was made carelessly, with flowers from the "lower" shelf. After telling the ladies about the wreath, I found that it was terrible rudeness, instead of condolence, many unpleasant words were spoken to me. My good advice, stay away from these florists.

I have been using the services of this florist for a long time. Bouquets are pampered in every detail and always look great.

The wedding bouquet was not ready on time and was different from what I ordered. A note about the bouquet (these few expressions: purple and pink, without other colors, two-color purple-white eustoma, beaded decoration) along with the photo with the marked bouquet was ignored. The bouquet was to be in the morning before 9, but the older Mrs. Florist did not prepare it and I am starting to change the busy schedule of the Bride, because she knows better that I should pick up at noon. Pissed off and already late, I'm going to the florist again, and there the bouquet is still without decorations, without a two-colored eustoma, and she said that it would be nicer with green panicles in a bouquet that would only have purple and pink. (Going to the hairdresser for two colors of strands would rather no one be happy with the additional color added from your hairdresser). I was still getting unpleasant arrogant biting from this lady that why hurry here and upset me on my day, even though it was because of her that I was nervous and short of time. I am sorry because it was not what I ordered, and I did not have a choice at this time of the wedding day. Maybe it is ONLY a bouquet, but the bouquet that is in the pictures in the wedding album, family, in the frames of parents and in-laws and in my salon, and I have to look at this failure every day dozens of times a day, and unfortunately it will remain to the end. I wrote an opinion on Facebook, but after the florist contact with me and when they saw their mistake themselves (I was sent a photo with a bouquet and a note), the previous opinions and the possibility of adding new ones were deleted, but I did not receive an apology. I do not recommend.
