I highly NOT recommend this flower shop !!! After today's situation, I will not come back here! Zero empathy, terrible service. Unprofessional approach to the client. Despite requests and attempts to reach an agreement, the purchase was not made. I do not recommend anyone!

The last time I was at this flower shop today. This lady is probably working as a punishment. I turned my eye to the previous behavior about 2 months ago, I thought that this lady has a worse day but I can see that her whole life is a failure. Lack of professionalism and rudeness !!!

I do not recommend. I understand Mother's Day, a lot of people, orders, but still the approach to work should always be professional. We asked for a bouquet for Mom, the flowers barely clung to this "uphill". Defeat. A very unpleasant lady, she rushes, nobody tells her to stand over us while we are still thinking. In addition, I politely asked to tie the usual bow as a separate order. The key word here is the bow, because what I got looked like a knot in shoe laces. Next time I won't risk it.
