I feel cheated, the transfer to the airport was supposed to last up to 60min, lasting 150, the beach was supposed to be sandy, stony. The lady assured us that the flight did not change, that's why we chose this office and it turned out that the transfer from the hotel to the airport at 2:30 in the morning with two children aged 5 and 3 years where we were promised 18-19. In my opinion it is the theft of the 1st day. Someone may complain that it is not the office that sets the time of departure but that in the office I left the money and this office represented my interests at the carrier. It gives 1 star because I have to give something,

Big negative. Departure from holiday instead of at 18.00 (information on booking a trip) was at 6.00 in the morning, checking out from the hotel at 2 am with several years old children. The transfer from the airport to the hotel was to last 1 hour and lasted 2.5 H. The beach was supposed to be slightly rocky and was only rocky (tragedy) A trip for several thousand turned out to be worse than a year earlier for half the price. greetings A very unhappy customer.
