Despite the information on the booking.com about having mosquito nets on windowsa, there were none in the room which made us a mosquito supper. Also there was really hot in the room and we had no option to cool it down - there was no ventilation
Very nice place with good food and well kept hotel grounds. I would rate it 5* unfortunately they had some issues with the pool during my stay and I was unable to use it.
Spacious rooms, well equipped spa, delicous food, friendly staff and beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to get away from daily routine and relax

The hotel is a good option to have a relaxing day at the spa and the rooms are really nicely decorated and set up.
The staff was helpful and kind throughout the whole stay.
The spa is really nice and was perfectly clean.
We booked the Wellness AllInclusive package so we had a dinner included. The menu was definitely improvable.
What, to us, was unacceptable is that the hotel allows guests to have dinner at the restaurant (Sussane restaurant) dressed in a bathing suit, flip flops and the bathrobe from the room.
