Like most of the places I visit, they have a limit of mistakes. I am, or rather was, a regular customer, as it is said, up to three times art. First case about 2 months ago. Cabbage rolls and patties in puff pastry. Purchased 30 pieces, unfortunately ... managed to eat a few pieces of cabbage soup, the freshness of which you could fault. Pies, old, stale, hard, you could almost break your teeth. Oh but nothing, it happens to everyone I thought the birds were having a little feast. Another case of a forest moss cake ... I was ashamed of the people to whom I brought the coffee cake. If not for the packaging from the confectionery, it looked like I would have brought a cake from home that had been in the fridge for a good week and wanted to get rid of it. This time the orange light came on, I think something is wrong. For a long time, I enjoyed the delicious taste and freshness of Keksa pastries. Sensitized by previous experiences, at the last purchase, I politely ask you at the checkout, are you sure the cream cakes you buy are FRESH? "Yes yes sir today". Unfortunately, this time I was also very disappointed. On Saturday, yes, the cream cakes tasted ok, out of the 7 purchased items, 3 were ok, eaten on Saturday. The remaining 4 pieces stored in the fridge for Sunday dessert ... fit only into the basket. Unfortunately, my fiancée was the victim, who realized after two spoons that something was wrong and spent her Sunday afternoon suffering from stomach pains. I was tempted to go and make a fuss, but I thought why the person who might be innocent and not taking should listen to my highly irritated and disappointed person. I do not know what influenced the current quality of products, the change of confectioners, savings on products, the current situation and less rotation in the products sold? I know one thing, you are on my blacklist. I will give you a wide berth. I am appealing to the owners or people responsible for the quality of the products sold, I know that this is a hard time for you due to the current situation in the country, but do not sell stale products at all costs. In this way, you have not one customer less, but certainly a few of my friends with whom I shared my opinion. I also adhere to the rest of the people, because unfortunately something in that confectionery broke down. I hope you will get back to the right level .... CURRENTLY I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
