Great pizza, one of the best from Debica. The place may not be impressive, but the dough and tomato sauce made of fresh tomatoes defend themselves. What rarely happens, the most common is a base sauce based on canned tomatoes, passata, concentrate or other purees. The dough is plump, light, well done. Rural with tuna instead of sausage, for me, a question of a question. Lots of umamii flavors :)
