You don't really deserve an asterisk. One big failure. Please note that the gps (at least mine) leads to a closed street with no turning. You should drive around. As we got there, despite the board with information about the "restaurant", you find a shop (magazin). It was only from a local passerby that we found out that the entrance was on the other side of the building. And how is it a problem to make an arrow with information? Upon entering the premises, we are welcomed by a large hall with several tables. We got a folded napkin as a tablecloth (probably savings on washing). The menu card is a regular A4 sheet with several items printed. In addition to the canned porridge (carcass), the rest are flour. We ordered tribes and Russian dumplings and soljanka. Well, minimalist soup (PLN 15) and I really had a lot better. This one resembled a stock on bones plus water from cooking groats, a lot of potatoes, a little grated cucumber (less salt than pickled), one olive cut in half and a half lemon slices. Tribes (PLN 20) also left a lot to be desired. They were certainly not made on the spot, but bought. Too regular shapes and one another the same. Similar can be purchased in macro. Pierogi (PLN 20) is history. I ordered Ruthenian and got it with sweet cheese, topped with fat and fried onion. In addition, also not made on the spot, only purchases. I gave it back. The owner explained that maybe one got tangled, only I cut two. We were not in the store because in Szczecin a store with products from the east (not only from Russia or Ukraine, but from other post-republics) In general, the place and all the rest are below average. The only benefit is the ride and locating a few places that we absolutely must visit in the summer.

Entrance to the restaurant very confusing. On the side of the building, where there is a large sign with the word restaurant and a sign with the word "Sasza restaurant" hanging on the wall by the door, where is the entrance? Of course, to the store. On the other side of the door there is an inscription that this is a shop, but in Cyrillic and Russian. And you enter the restaurant from the other side of the building. Tasty portions, but small and very expensive. Two micro pancakes for one chaps - PLN 20, beer 4.5% - PLN 12. The decor and Russian music are cool, but the atmosphere was spoiled by the owner. Gloomy and nervous, probably because we were the only customers. He was standing behind the counter all the time, watching and eavesdropping on us eating and talking. I barely ate, they took my plate away, I barely drank, in 5 seconds they took the bottle away. The son sat on a chair outside, the owner challenged him that why he was sitting there, because now he has to disinfect. A lot of work indeed - he sprayed the liquid twice and wiped it with a cloth. It is not my fault that there is an epidemic and few visitors, and with such an approach to the client, there will be even fewer of them. I will definitely not go back there.

Food very good, but portions rather small. The son immediately asked for more pancakes. Unfortunately, the prices are a bit too high in this situation. The decor has a strong Russian, even Soviet feel in places. It's worth a look. The shop next to the restaurant is also noteworthy. We bought beers, kimchi and stuffed peppers there. I was hoping they were local products. Unfortunately, the products are completely mass, rich in flavor conditioners, etc. It does not change the fact that I will probably eat kimchi again - this is a loose interpretation of Korean kimchi. Mostly white cabbage and much less spicy. Apart from the restaurant, a great area for at least a day of sightseeing.

The restaurant recommended by a friend. Unfortunately, a big misunderstanding. We ate solianka and Ukrainian borscht. Solianka consisted of 80% boiled potatoes, 10% water and 10% pickled cucumbers. Plus a slice of cream and one olive. Ukrainian borscht is also mainly potatoes in broth (therefore tasty for 2 stars instead of one) colored with beetroot. Portions very small unlike the prices. PLN 15 for approx. 200g of poor soup is a price from outer space. Other dishes equally expensive. We will definitely not be going back there and we definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND. Magda G. would use there ... 😀

At 3 p.m. we were informed that we were to blame ourselves that we had arrived so late and that there was no dinner. The Lord was very rude. We came there after a few years because we remembered that it was great food and very nice service. Unfortunately that has changed
