Best place to stay in Bialowieza Forest ! We stayed in "Skansen" a wooden traditional cabin - totally magical, couldn't recommend more. Fantastic place, people, food. Looking forward to go back. Thank you

Beautiful house and surroundings. Food very good and a big plus for being vegetarian. You can come with your pets and for that also a big plus. However, this is not a place - as one might expect - where you rest in isolation. This is because there are many rooms in the house and meals are eaten together. In short, we unexpectedly come into contact with a large number of people. In addition, you can hear everything and you have to really sleep like a stone to get enough sleep. I would also like to add that considering the covid conditions, eating at a shared table can be perceived as quite uncomfortable and it would be worth mentioning when booking. We also missed a short tour of the house by the hosts. Other guests had to show us what and how. Generally, I recommend it if someone likes big company.

Fantastyczne miejsce. Gospodarze przemili, totalnie autentyczni i prawdziwi pasjonaci. Nie pamiętam kiedy ostatni raz tak dobrze spaliśmy i tak dobrze jedliśmy :) No i Nowy Rok przywitany w ruskiej bani. Na pewno będziemy wracać!

Very nice hosts, delicious vegetarian food, breakfast, lunch, dinner, but you can choose whether you want lunch or dinner. And the desserts are just as delicious as everything. The rooms are not too big, but cozy and are for smaller and larger families. There is also a communal terrace with hammocks and a yard that is also generally accessible, on which two dogs run: a German Shepherd and a Labrador. Meals are eaten with all guests at one large table. I recommend and greet. :)

We've been twice. It's a nice place, but no tolerance that children like sausages weak ... never mind. Worse, we wanted to leave the car there for a week while traveling Green Velo, unfortunately the owner was making problems. All in all, I don't remember the arguments. It was probably pointless :) Strange considering the area it has. Eventually, we left the car 500 meters away with slightly more friendly hosts. I do not like and do not recommend them. Edit after the hosts' response: I never lacked tolerance, and after the first visit we were enthusiastic about the second. As adults, we adapted to the regulations. It was hard to predict that a 2-year-old and a 4-year-old would not really want to switch to such a diet. (I don't know what it was about the frequent import of meat - it's probably not about us). The fact is, we could not choose such a place or go to some restaurant for breakfast / dinner. However, as a rule, it was a package of sausages :) The car, well, I didn't ask for it to be guarded, but for a place. Who has been, knows that there is plenty of space in the "parking lot". I asked for it the day before going to green velo. Later that same day, I found an alternative because I was considering the refusal. To be honest, to a minimum, because I didn't think it could be a problem and nowhere else have I come across it. The place is really charming and away from the hustle and bustle, the way we like it. Opinion issued "not out of revenge" and after seeing the memories of the trip to green velo. You have three "exaggerated" so that there is no scandal.
