I believe this is a really customer friendly place. Nice and, importantly, competent service. The service uses both original parts and, with the consent of customers, of good, durable, proven replacements and those provided by the customers themselves. The waiting times for admission to the service are usually within a week, and the time of the repairs depends, of course, on the reason for the visit. What I know from my own experience, having been a customer of this service for many years, is the fact that faults and breakdowns are very accurately diagnosed there, even in cars with very complicated electronics, and the prices of services, although they are of course a relative thing for everyone, in my opinion in comparison with competition they look very decent. The service provides a very wide range of services, from the simplest to the really complicated ones, and the car after service is always well put together and additionally checked by a qualified service employee. All possible comments of the customer are always taken seriously (without turning the nose) and taken into account at every stage of the car's stay on the site. During the repair, the service is constantly in very good contact with the customer, and each cost estimate is agreed in detail at the beginning and always additionally in the event of any changes necessary for the proper performance of the service or repair, and the customer himself always has several alternatives available. Due to an oversight and a mechanic's error, a month after replacing the rear brake discs, the rear caliper was damaged and the brake fluid leaked. The service refused to repair under the warranty for the service performed, so I strongly advise against visiting this "site" for seven pains.
