One * is too much. The "lady" who works there is a person devoid of empathy. She treated me like an amoeba (I live in this world for over 40 years and I also have a "diplomat" but I do not have the god syndrome) A bit of humility, respect and willingness to help. You will not do morphology (for my money, not them) because the results may differ from those made in another office. This opinion "amused" several other vets and two doctors I know. They agreed that if we do not know what to do, we contact the attending physician and everything is clear. This is not the Middle Ages phones. Maybe all people should do their research in only one lab, throughout their lives, because in others the results will be unreliable🤣 In another office they helped me without any problems, after making a phone call with the dog's doctor and somehow they knew how to proceed.

For me failure, I came with a 6-year-old dog who already had problems with his hind legs to check what was wrong, I wanted Dr. Turniak to take blood and do an ultrasound because I suspected that it was not joints, but what the dog got painkillers and vitamin B , the next day the same and pills for the joints, a week has passed since the visit and the dog is gone gone behind the rainbow bridge 😰😰😰 beloved, if you have a very sick pet avoid this office from afar.

I highly recommend it very much. I use the services of the clinic for a very long time and I am always happy. Thank you doctors for saving my bitch, whose condition was critical. Thanks to them, he is alive and well :) very reliable staff. At the bitch I had 24 hours contact with Ms. Gosia :) with dr. Lesław also contact and he always answered the phone when we called ... The turnip was able to save a newborn puppy during cc through resuscitation. He always gets the answer to the questions. Doctors are always nice. Thank you very much on my behalf as well as my dogs. I recommend it to everyone.

I have never been disappointed, always with a smile, feeling and professionally. Even the departure of our beloved sunia took place there in real human conditions and a decent atmosphere.
