Incredibly rude service in a decent bank in the form of an old lady with a blonde fringe on half of the face granting loans. As I have seen, older people are exposed to a nerve attack from a member of staff who performs a temporary change in another position (Cash desk 29. 09.17 at 15.20). I don't want to have a bank account anymore, since older people are not treated so well in this institution. The quality of service for this woman who screamed an older lady who forgot about one payment and had to come again is far from showing respect. Sad
