In Auto Complex I met an "adventure" that I have never had in any workshop. I was returning from a vacation in Warmia with a trailer and the indicator light came off. I got to the workshop via Google. I asked the employee if they could help me somehow, because the bulb is good and I have no tension in the direction. He politely replied that he could do something about it, but please ask the boss. A young man got out of the square with a BMW. I ask if they can help me, I explain what's going on. "... NO! We can't help!" OK, but maybe you can check it with a test tube. I have no tools and I can't go with it. "I'm not saying clearly? ... get out of here !!" I stopped dead, I was never treated like this. I replied - you are behaving very badly, I think I will give a negative opinion. After that, the young man got furious ... "get ... get out of here !!" he screamed and waved his arms. Seeing that the young man was unnaturally agitated, I got into the car. I saw that the boy was taking pictures of me with his phone. I thought it was also good to have a photo of him. I took out the camera, and the head of Auto Complex ran towards me yelling "I am fucking you !, I am fucking you !!!" Threatening this way is a crime. I went out the gate and called the police. As the duty officer answered, the black BMW caught up with me on the driveway. He stopped and heard through the open windows that I was talking to the police. He was no longer alone. He was clearly frightened of this and must have regained his composure enough to give up the threats he was shouting at me. The policewoman wrote down the registration and the contact details of the bully and promised that if something happened to me, she would have my report in mind. Until today I have recovered from this incident. I never thought that I would ever have to run away from the garage from an unbalanced boy my son's age. I can't imagine him also solving customer problems when things go wrong during repair. Therefore, I encourage you to think about it before using the services of this workshop.

The only thing positive about this place is the staff. The owner is not suitable for working with people. During the repair, my radiators were damaged (it happens), when I called and asked for help, because I was running out of fluid and I do not know where the fault came from, the owner said "let it pour down".

I definitely recommend this workshop, professional customer service, great contact throughout the car repair. The car was not only taken and returned to the address indicated, but it was also repaired expressly. I am very pleased and I will definitely come back more than once! :)
