The house we stayed in and its surroundings were beautiful. The lake was within walking distance and every evening we could watch the sunset over it. The house was not as equipped as it should have been, though, as basic kitchen utensils were missing. Also, it was not very well cleaned. It would have been great if the shore we stayed at had been more private, but people staying at nearby guesthouses kept using and occupying "our" bathing jetty. If there were a possibility to have more exclusive access to the shore and the Pensjonat's boats I would consider visiting this place again. But as far as my experience goes, there are better options in the area, if you are looking for a place where you can keep to yourself.

Pleasant clean rooms. Nearby access to a large, quiet lake, where you can rent a canoe or bike. Interesting area for cycling tours

A great place to stay for families with children. The guesthouse is located right on the lake. I would recommend.
