We had a reservation for 3pm for laser paintball. After arriving half an hour earlier, we were informed that there was an hour delay. After an hour of waiting and a few phone calls, it again turned out to be another hour's delay. Another phone call at 5:00 p.m. - we'll be there in 15 minutes, but the equipment still needs to be prepared. Finally, we started the game at 17:40 ... Half of the rifles had a defective sight. One respawn box did not work and the guns had to be manually reset after each death. We wanted to try the flag scenario. Again, it turned out without surprise that the flag boxes also did not work.
I definitely do not recommend it!
What to change? First of all, in the event of delays, I think it would be appropriate to inform the client. The level of your responses to customers giving negative opinions also leaves much to be desired. Hardware service is probably an obvious matter.
We spent one day here with a bachelor party, wake park first, then laser paintball. Wake park great thing but unfortunately something was wrong with the guns. We talked with the staff whether we could use another attraction as part of this, which they agreed without any problems and offered go-karts. Nice service, which I cordially greet;)
A great place. The instructor leads to cool areas, you can ride cool even if you have never ridden
A very nice attraction. Recommended 2-hour guided tour - the guide takes you to interesting and picturesque places! I recommend ☺️
Together with my friends, we spent a bachelor party here. A day full of attractions, it was great. We cordially greet the sensational instructor from the karting track and the escape room! c:
