I bought an expensive trip. The day before my departure, I went to the office to make sure everything was fine with my trip. The lady said everything was fine and wished me a good trip. In the evening I saw on the internet that the borders were closing and nobody informed me about it. Under stress, I finally got information on the hotline that the trip was canceled and the information that the office knew it. Meanwhile, the office said everything was fine and now I have to wait 180 days for my money back
