The best office in the city. The Lady helps in every most unpredictable situation, regardless of the time and day. We really recommend it

Maybe we were unlucky about other opinions, but unfortunately we regret the trip to Bulgaria (5 people). Although nice but when booking a trip when you recommended a great room in exchange for the other two that we wanted to take. Unfortunately, on the spot we got not what they offered at the travel agency and the office did not want to approach the complaint handling by reflecting on the operator. After a lot of e-mail and telephone scuffles, we gave up the peace due to the more important everyday activities, but we will never come back to this office again. We definitely do not recommend it and we do not recommend it. KG

We came back from holidays in Sri Lanka. The hotel that the office recommended, sensational. The food is excellent and the service is delightful. Thank you! We are coming back next year.
