I ordered a bass guitar and an amplifier last week. I placed the order the day before in the evening, and on the website they wrote about orders placed by 12.00, try to ship the same day. The status of my order didn't change so I called the shop and they told me they check for defects before shipment. Well, 2 days later it came. When I bought the cable, it turned out that the signal disappears when connected, and if you disconnect the guitar cable slightly, it just makes contact. I took the guitar to a luthier and it turned out that it was a minor fault that the manufacturer's websites (not soldered correctly), but I am still disappointed because it means that the rigexpert store deceived me and did not check exactly whether the equipment was functional and repaired this small defect or did not send it anymore fully working equipment. For this reason, my grade was supposed to be 2 but I will be sorry because the equipment is well protected and I give the grade 3 on rails.
