I definitely do not recommend it. Laptop returned for warranty repair, the service man claimed that the laptop had a mechanically damaged hinge, which, of course, is not covered by the warranty. He suggested gluing for PLN 300 or replacing a part, the cost of which is from PLN 390 (the upper limit is not given). I refused to repair, the laptop was sent back to me. After consulting three other services, it turned out that the housing was detached and the hinges are completely. I had to bear the cost of the repair in another service. You can see you have a problem in diagnosing the problem, the prices are also exorbitant, elsewhere the repair was half the amount given by this service.

Update [09/08/2020]: The owner of the shop still cannot understand that according to article 560 of the Civil Code, especially when the laptop was repaired in the service, I have the full right to withdraw from the sales contract. Mr. Owner, despite irrefutable evidence that he sold me a refurbished laptop as NEW (in the auction description: Condition: New; Refurbished / Outlet: NO) still covers his face with a mistake, proposing a similar laptop. Nevertheless, when it comes to financial matters: I drowned PLN 6700 in an unreliable store and service, and the owner offers me a laptop for (sic!) PLN 4300. He responds to each letter in exactly 2 weeks, which effectively blocks my ability to work and study remotely, especially in the perspective of a pandemic (the exchange of e-mails starts at the end of June, the exchange of letters from the end of July). The store's motto is: Satisfaction, pleasure, reliability. Reliability is such that the laptop went down chronically with a frequency of at least once a year. Satisfaction - zero. Pleasure - it really is more pleasant to stick your head in the hornet's nest. I will describe the whole case when the owner overcomes greed and gives back the money for which he cheated me - regardless of whether he will, by the Ombudsman or the Prosecutor's Office. [09/02/2020] Unfortunately, no satisfaction, no pleasure and no professionalism. Until 08/09/2020, the owner of the store has a response deadline for a refund for a laptop (or rather simply a refund deadline, as the topics for the talks ended sooner than they could start). After this date, I will update my opinions. By the way: I am curious whether the case will find its end amicably or will I be forced to report the crime to the prosecutor's office. The good points of contacting the store: 1. I had to get acquainted with quite detailed information about laptops, their operation, parameters, differences between new and refurbished laptops and some more information 2. I have familiarized myself with the rights of the consumer and with the Civil Code, the Code of Petty Offenses and the Penal Code. 3. I managed to make friends with the Consumer Ombudsman and conducted a few informative conversations with the policeman, who was even kind to me to print an example of a document entitled: "Notification of a crime". I also know the addresses where I can send such a document: the police department for combating economic crime or to the nearest district prosecutor's office. 4. I learned to document literally everything that was related to my laptop (which shows that it came back from the site in a much worse condition - by a lot I mean - completely out of order).

IT-BOX warranty service could not repair the laptop so they damaged it mechanically and sent back with a reply that it was broken because of my fault. Fortunately, I had very accurate photos of the laptop on the day of shipment and in the end after two months I received a refund for the laptop. I do not recommend business with this company, and if you document everything (photos, videos, reports) !!

Authentic laughter in the room, I do not recommend. Bomb power supplies not covered by the warranty, sale of equipment with an AMD prehistoric processor and a stock cooler that it does not make. I must admit that the company should be aware of this, since it deals with the sale of computer equipment. And seals on the housing 2020 in 2020 😂
