On Monday, i.e. 05.08. I took part in a trip to Prague organized by the Karkonosze Travel Agency with an Evening Cruise. Unfortunately, I do not recommend. Receiving a receiver for headphones from your guide, I was very happy to hear everything in the crowd. Now, however, I think that Mr. Guide did the trip himself. Because he was speaking into the microphone, he didn't focus on where the participants were. He didn't even show what was on the right or left, and for each right or left she could be on the other side. In addition, he set the pace that I lacked time to take pictures. Where we should stay longer, we walked quickly. What was less interesting, we stood longer. We crossed the Charles Bridge. Hearing about one of the narrowest streets in the world, I had to look around myself where she was, and as I saw, there was no time to take a picture. Mr. Guide did not tell with passion. I think that we could spend more time on sightseeing than on the lunch and dinner break, which lasted nearly 2.5 hours. Almost over an hour ahead of time, most were at the meeting point. The only thing I can remember is a cruise. Today I regret that I decided to go on a trip. I could use this money differently or spend more and go alone.

We went on two trips with the office, Prague (13.08) great experience, beautiful capital, and all thanks to the guide Mr. Adam who with great passion. he showed us great knowledge and commitment, we recommend greetings 馃槉 Rock town (16.08) charming place, interesting, but the guide (I don't know the name) probably confused the trip with a rally ... Very little information about the Rock City, but all the news of the present history of the Giant Mountains has mastered. And also instructions on how to offend or upset the Czech. I will definitely come back to Skalny, because it's worth it, but in private. Office ladies will professionally help and advise 馃檪.

The guide spoke too quietly through the microphone and introduced a nervous, stiff atmosphere. Every murmur was heard during his speech and everyone was talking loudly. Not focused on helping the customer. In addition, the guide on the route is not very visible, i.e. a bad idea with a rose on the air. He set a brisk pace on the road, but he forgot to participate. So he did not gain time and lost. He had to look for her in person. I would like to add that on other trips the above situation did not take place, and we were already on many. Other people have rightly noticed that they are jealous of his work. On the way back, he drank sweetly after dinner (which included a delicious beer).

I do not recommend. During the one-day trip to Prague with her fiance, unfortunately, we did not see anything. The guide ran around Prague, even failed to take a picture. On the monuments which were the most interesting, we did not even stop for 5 minutes, among others We just passed Karol's bridge quickly "because it shines sun and a lot of people". We finished the tour 45min ahead of time because the guide on the nasteony day again has a trip and wants to rest. The driver, however, asked to stop in the center of Karpacz at the bus stop blew us elsewhere on the bend. Zero professionalism, lost money and time. (18/07/2019) I do not recommend.
