I definitely do not recommend a brick-and-mortar store in Nowa Ruda! Staff lies, cheats and provides information that does not match those on the website. I wanted to buy a phone in installments. I waited well over 30 minutes in the store for service. After calculating the loan, which was supposed to be 0% installments (according to the promotion on the website), it turned out that it was necessary to take out insurance. According to the information from the service, the stationary store does not have the options offered in the online store (Installments 50/50 and others). In the meantime, the lady offered me a lot of other, additional things, doing it intrusively, in my opinion. Not only that, she did not know the basic specifications of the proposed equipment. The total amount of the loan to be repaid over the period of 12 months was about PLN 1,000 more than the amount of the equipment !!! In the meantime, the lady serving me made strange allusions about customers who came to advertise the equipment, saying that they were only complaints, let them wait. To sum up: total embarrassment. The lady serving me went for quantity, not quality. Her customer service is low. He does everything to sell as many things to one customer as possible. This is getting tasteless ...

Hello, I would like to report a strange case in the store in Słupiec, see how there is a section with games and there are lego games from the Travers Tales studio, the scheme seems to look like you take a cardboard card with a ps3, xbox 360, ps4, xbox game and the cards take the key role with games for 7 generations of consoles (ps3 and xbox 360) I wanted to buy a Lego marvel avengers game, I go to the cashier and here the cashier tells me "we do not have supplies with ps3 games, a similar problem with ps4 due to the fact that there is already ps5" then why do you have a product that cannot be bought? Now I will only come to the ps store for top-ups. Regards

Hello I definitely do not recommend the store in Nowa Ruda. Staff is unhelpful, unpleasant and gives false information. I wanted to return the goods one day after the purchase. Item was originally packed in a sealed box. I heard from the manager of the stationary store that the return was impossible due to "hygiene safety". There was no such problem in the stationary store in Kłodzko. The return was carried out in a pleasant and problem-free atmosphere.

I do not recommend the Media Expert store in Nowa Ruda. At the beginning of the week I bought a fridge there and I was promised that it would be brought in 4 days from 10 am to 4 pm because they only have a display in the store, the fridge must be brought. On the agreed day, I took a day off at work due to the fact that the exact time of delivery was not known, at 1 p.m. you called me that the store informed that they had a refrigerator, except that the one from the display and it was dented and either decided to buy it they can bring another one on Monday. Not only that everything that was taken out that the old freezer had melted, the day wasted sitting at home waiting for "delivery" is also the obligation to appear in person at the cashback point. I will never make purchases in this store again, apart from the fact that earlier there was a problem with taking over the complaint of the curler, which the lady in Kłodzko did immediately and without any problem. Obviously, employees do not respect someone's time and do not see any problem in such behavior.

I am disappointed with the service in Nowa Ruda. The goods are on the shelf, but unfortunately not for sale because someone forgot to put them in stock, the purchase documents are allegedly missing. After asking when I can come back, unfortunately both ladies did not know ... Maybe this week I got an answer. I do not recommend this branch.
