Nice service. A very kind lady welcomed us very warmly. A pleasant smell in the apartment. Room cozy and clean and very warm. In-room fridge is provided. Each room has its own bathroom, which is very important if you value privacy and hygiene. Guests have at their disposal a living room with a kitchenette where you can drink coffee, eat something or even cook something. Wifi available for guests. We did not expect such conditions at such an affordable price.

Two stars as an incentive :) We stayed one night. There was so little space in the room that I can't imagine staying longer with more things. The bed was made of two and hence uncomfortable, the bedspread on it was very dirty. Bathroom in good condition. The room was mercilessly cold and that was the biggest downside - in September we slept under two duvets and it was impossible to stay up in the evening. A strange kitchen, certainly not for introverts who want to eat a meal in peace :) And here I would stick to cleanliness, which unfortunately was missing, although I only heated the water for tea, but I would not like to cook something there.

Little space. A room for five people barely fit three (in the summer season) It's scary to think about winter. Generally cramped. Limited possibility of opening windows, musty and dirty smell everywhere, it turns out that the kitchenette and cooker are not part of the room. Old and damaged furniture, shabby cabinets in the kitchen, remains of old food, a moldy brush for washing bottles. The guest receives duvet covers and pillows which he has to "install" himself, no towels and soap in the bathroom. Nevertheless, the hostess is nice. Therefore, two stars. Ps. after reading the host's answer, I change the rating to one star. I will add one more .... actually, it's a waste of words.
