I bought a trip to Prague. After I booked and paid, I got a confirmation by mail. However, on the day of departure, it turned out that the bus had not arrived. When I called the office, the lady informed me that the trip was unpaid. I told the lady that I had a confirmation at the post office, she said that the only thing she can do is rebook the trip for another date because on that day the bus is already full. Defeat.!!!! I decided that I didn't want to go anywhere with this company and asked for a refund. They gave me the money back without checking anything and earlier you claimed that the money did not come in, so on what basis did they return it ????? I do not recommend.!!!!!!!!!

I recommend it, great atmosphere during the trips, the guide will interest everyone with his knowledge and will enrich the knowledge of the place it was really worth it was great and see you;)

Today my wife and I were on a trip in Rock City. REVELATION!!! Guide (Mr. Szymon) - excellent. It combines vast knowledge with an intelligent sense of humor. Everything he says is extremely interesting - even if he talks about the seal factory. In organizational terms, it represents the highest level of professionalism. If we add affordable prices to all of this in AT "Sudety", then we have an ideal. I heartily recommend both the company and Mr. Szymon. Thank you to "Sudetes" and Mr. Szymon for fantastic moments spent among the rocks.

Nice people (both the lady in the office and the guide with the driver). A well organized trip. Even during the bus ride, the guide told what we see in front of us and what the story is, even though it was not about the purpose of the trip. Minus for high prices (PLN 42 for the mere bus ride, plus PLN 12 for just visiting on site, which lasted 1.5 hours). Arriving on your own is more profitable. Ps. The trip concerned a gold mine in Złoty Stok.

I was with the Sudety office on two trips in Adrspach and the Bear's Cave. In the case of the latter, a great plus for the guide, Mr. Zbyszek. It gives four stars for a little confusion on this first tour - error in tour start time.
