We were on a trip with the Kris office in the Rock City in the Czech Republic. A charming place worth visiting. However, we lost a lot of money exchanging crowns with the driver-owner of the office. Before buying the trip, the lady in the office assured us that there was no need to buy crowns at the exchange office, because the guide would easily sell us at the current rate or we would be able to pay in PLN. On the spot it turned out that instead of the promised 17 groszy we paid 20 groszy for the crown. The difference on the tickets alone was about PLN 10. I do not recommend the restaurant indicated by the guide. Here, too, it was possible to pay in zlotys and the rest in koruna - 100 kronor was missing ...

Immediately after our arrival, we were greeted by a very nice lady hostess. Rooms clean, tidy and decorated with taste. During this short holiday we were able to use the services of the owners' travel agency. We had the opportunity to go on a trip to Prague. Here we are to thank Mr. Jan - you can see that it is his passion. Many thanks to the nice driver Darek for a safe journey. Many thanks to Mr. Ryszard, the owner of the company with whom we had the opportunity to visit the rock city. Certainly, when we visit Kudowa again, we will use the services of this office. A trip to Prague is a big plus. Its most interesting places can be seen at a low cost. It's a large city with many noteworthy attractions, so be prepared for an intense 12-hour trip. The very nice guide, Mr. Jan, presented his historical knowledge and modern curiosities about the Czech Republic and Prague in a very interesting way. In a recommended restaurant in the center you can enjoy traditional Czech food at an affordable price.

With a clear conscience, I can recommend the Kris Tourist Office. With my family we bought a trip to Prague, everything was consistent with the description, and the guide, Mr. Jan from Polanica, has a lot of knowledge and you listened to him with great pleasure. The driver, Mr. Darek, is nice and experienced. The coach is comfortable and clean. The next day we went to the Rock Town in the Czech Republic. The owner, Mr. Ryszard, was the driver and guide himself. Despite the unfavorable weather conditions, the trip was great. Mr. Ryszard made the clouds part with his sense of humor. We are thinking of Vienna in the future. Greetings to the family from Wrocław.
