You mislead the client, there is no way to connect to the financial department. I am waiting for the money for the second month, each time I receive a different transfer date! Such treatment of clients proves the company's unprofessional approach to the undertaken cases. At the beginning, everything looks nice and beautiful, your contact is great, you can ask about everything, receive reliable information on the current progress of the case. The problems begin when everything is buttoned up and we have to wait for the transfer from the company. As your client, I receive information about the specific date of the transfer, then the deadline is changed, and finally it turns out that the money has not been sent so far. The financial department does not answer the calls, you can hang on the handset for half a day (I made over 50 calls in one day), and still, there is no chance to talk to anyone responsible for finances. After all, you also have a time limit for crediting the payments that you received as representatives of your clients. I am waiting for your reaction and reply when I receive the funds due to me. A. After a car accident in May 2019, I was hospitalized. I underwent many operations there. I only left the hospital after more than 6 months. It was then that I started trying to get the compensation myself. Imagine my surprise as the insurer rejected my application. I found I needed to find someone to handle the case. It wasn't about the amount of compensation anymore, but about covering only the expenses for rehabilitation. However, after meeting the lawyers from this company, I changed my attitude. They convinced me that I owed money from the Insurance Company in an amount that would cover both my financial losses due to hospitalization and the costs of rehabilitation and moral losses due to the accident. I trusted them and I was not disappointed. Last week, the last court hearing was held and a final judgment was passed, which ordered the insurer to pay compensation. The sum knocked me off my feet, but I know that thanks to this money, maybe I will be able to be fully functional in the coming year.

Nie sądziłam, że od kancelarii odszkodowawczej można oczekiwać tak sprawnego działania i jednocześnie chęci (i cierpliwości) w tłumaczeniu różnych trudnych zależności. Finalnie dzięki EUcO podjęłam słuszną decyzję i wybrałam walkę w sądzie. Było łatwiej niż sądziłam, bo właściwie prawnicy z EUcO wszystko załatwili za mnie. Ja musiałam stawić się tylko raz na przesłuchaniu i odzyskałam sporą sume od ubezpieczyciela. Naprawdę polecam z nimi pracować.

Extremely effective and empathetic employees. Thanks to them, together with my sister and father, we received compensation from my mother, who died in the belts last year. The insurer did not want to pay anything from the third party liability insurance, then offered a ridiculous amount to get rid of us. Finally, at the urging of our friends, we went to ECCO and found appropriate help. We received a lot of compensation. Thanks to him, we were able to pay off the debt that was left by my mother, and also financially support the sick father. Thanks again for your help.

For over a year I have been trying to contact us by phone - I think they filter numbers and phones from customers who are in arrears with payments, they do not answer. I sent an email - I got a reply with the term "transfer order". And it ends with the order - after all, the order is not execution ... I strongly advise against it.
