Today I bought a Philips descaler for the coffee machine in Neonet Strzelin. Price 250ml - 59.90 PLN. I have now checked on the Internet on the Neonet website - price PLN 30. So the same as the average prices on the Allegro. I called the store to make sure there was no mistake. There was no. Prices for products in Neonet in Strzelin are twice as high (by 100% !!!) than in other stores of the same chain. Well, you pay for stupidity.

I bought a cable that doesn't work. When I returned to the store with him (the second time, because they had sent me back for some nonsense), the store staff used it to take turns connecting four different phones with probably seven laptops, and finally we were able to connect to one of them and found out that my phone was damaged. The phone connects to the computer without any problems using a Samsung cable, a Xiaomi cable, and a few other cables. When they took the same second, new cable out of the box, this one wouldn't work either. I wasted half a day in the store and flying between the store and home. They didn't exchange the cable for me. When a problem arises, staff start caring about other customers, run around the store, and then gasp and scream. A few months ago, I also bought a rather expensive charger that stopped working during the second charge. Bought at the market for 1/5 of the previous price, it still works.

Unpleasant service, or rather its negligible level, treat the customer like air, are very irresponsible, they sell the customer. After repeated requests and reminders, they do not answer the phone, it is difficult to make another call (in this case, when buying a new cooker, they ensured that they would take the old cooker away). There is no desire on their part. I am very disappointed with such disrespectful service. I do not recommend it, I was shopping there for the last time.

Shop and assortment ok, but service is a tragedy. Nobody will approach the client and be interested in him. I do not recommend.
