Secretariat - complete incompetence. Ladies outgrow the transfer of a sheet of paper from one envelope to another, and instead of admitting a mistake, they come up with stories about missing couriers - where I have in writing exactly who, when and at what time they picked up the parcel. Even if I believe it - I ask if it was impossible to call and signal that there are problems - then I meet with a total disrespect for me as a client of the office. I don't like rudeness, lies and disregard - it would be enough to admit mistake and apologize. Unfortunately, ladies see guilt everywhere except their carelessness.

Incompetent service, even working ladies insult the customer. I advise against using this office. A waste of time and money.
