At the outset, I would like to emphasize that I am never demanding, but I have to write this in order to let the people managing this facility understand that the problem is not small. Well, it's about the parking lot that belongs to the facility ... do not be fooled by everyone and me that it is available. For about 100 apartments, there are 10 parking spaces, which are hunted by 10 boys from the morning, so forget to park your 4 wheels safely. You are left with an off-site parking lot ... not guarded and additionally payable, and that's not enough. It is worth checking on the website of Kolobrzeg and it is over PLN 50 a day ... for a parking lot where your car is not safe anyway and the price of your stay increases. The next time I go to another city because I'm disappointed how the city wants to infect tourists. As for the apartment, a lot of my equipment was damaged and you can immediately see that the owners are focused on profit, not quality. A pity because a beautiful facility and soon it will be empty with such an attitude and no parking.

Neither good nor bad grade but room for improvement. SERVICE We came to get the keys downtown to a remote office. For the three current employees, we happened to meet a lady who treated us quite nonchalantly. And at check-in, she simply issued the keys. You had to ask about everything (parking, rubbish, handing over the keys ... etc). Perhaps the lady at the reception desk was new and did not know the details, but we had the impression that she was disrespecting us. Fortunately, a friend who was sitting next to us came to the rescue and explained everything to us with a smile :) We settled all (also additional) fees when issuing the keys and I asked for an invoice. The lady warned that she cannot issue it now, but I will receive it later by e-mail. 14 days have passed and I still haven't received it. ps. You wrote down the invoice details and e-mail address on the back of the registration card, the reservation number is 535812, and my name and surname are visible at the top right above the opinion in the google profile. APARTMENT The apartment was clean and tidy. The door was locked only with the upper lock, as it turned out, only because the lower lock was locked. Fortunately, after a short repair, there were no more failures until the end of the stay. We traveled with two young children. We knew there was no dishwasher in the apartment, but we were very troubled by the lack of a drier on the drainer. Since there were a lot of dishes, you had to make pyramids out of them and sometimes they would slide to the floor. Fortunately, nothing broke because of the savings in the annex, there are also panels that somehow cushion the fall of the vessels. I suggest sticking felt bed legs in the living room. Extending the bed daily can damage the panels. I rate the whole thing as strong 3+ with a potential of 4 * if I finally get this invoice.

Last year I had a great vacation thanks to them, now I have found a better option.
