As the only person, Ms. Danusia Sztor helped me with the procedure of submitting applications to the Guarantee Fund. And not only those related to the trip purchased in this salon, but also the rest purchased in Ithaca through other agents. thank you very much for your help and patience. The only person in Ithaca's mess who was willing and helped.

Very rude lady, probably sitting there as a punishment. After speaking with Ithaca's central service office earlier, I was offered 3 options for a refund by Covid, and as I preferred in-person (live) service, I was referred to a personal contact at the office to find the best solution to my situation. The lady treated me as if I had come to buy coal from her and chose the place wrong, then stated that solving my problem was not her duties, but she could do it "politely" with great grace ...... I do not recommend

Very professional service and great knowledge. Danusia always meets our tastes, we always focus on her knowledge and we have never been disappointed. Even in these difficult times, she led us step by step and the wonderful holiday is behind us, but we are already choosing the next one.

A trip to an oriental pattern Thailand / Vietnam / Cambodia and a sensational program. Very intensive sightseeing but thanks to that you can see a lot. Unfortunately, the guide Mr. Julek probably appeared there by accident. Most of the trip was silent. He had to be asked for any information. Still arguing, our requests with him did not help much. Nothing could be learned from him. It is also wondering how much does a Cambodia visa cost. The cost of a visa is $ 30. We paid the guide $ 50. He couldn't explain why this difference. Either you pay and you drive or you don't pay and you don't drive !!! Another thing is surprising that in the office we received information that a guide was flying with us and of course he was flying but as you nobody. We erred at the Dubai airport like children in the fog. The fear and feeling that we were lost was terrifying. And the guide sat quietly and pretended he was gone. He revealed himself only at the airport in Bangkok. I advise you to check in advance who will be the guide. jbk
