Tourists who visit Tourist Information in Kołobrzeg Point in the Ratusz or Morska 1 next to the port / Harbor Master's Office / while walking there you can see the door closed on Monday 12.2020. Closed, the phone is rarely answered! Unless they have a phone number from the police that should be ignored! Today I found out on 10/13/2020 at 14:10 that the lady from PIT completely ignores me on the orders of the police! Similarly. It was yesterday at PKT in the City Hall. Full police control of the citizen !! Sad and degrading HUMAN DIGNITY!

The old lady at the tourist information desk at the PKP / PKS station is clearly sitting as a punishment. Very rude, did not give us any answers by sending us to the station or for brochures. It is a shame that a tourist in such a city could not receive reliable information and help. Seeing the comments below, I had contact with the same person as other tourists. I think that the machine would fulfill this role much better than this lady, and let you find a job where you will not have contact with people because you unnecessarily spoil your nerves and others. I would like to add that there was no one else in the information, so we didn't take the queue.

Despite the empty tourist information, the lady said that there was no time to inform tourists about any attractions, she pressed a ton of catalogs and we were covered with greetings to the sad lady. The level of service was embarrassing
