My parcel is at the post office for a week and no one even bothered to deliver it to my house, no advice or anything. It's a mockery GOOD that I have a friend and she informed me that she was at the post office

What should I write here if everyone else described it earlier. But once I started, I will write that the service is rude and arrogant. The ladies work there probably as punishment, and their facial expressions indicate that. Telephone...... Such is just an ornament, because no one answers. They don't want to talk to anyone. So much for the subject. Regards

Massacre. I've been hit by me several times ... the postman rings the intercom, that the registered letter, but will not enter the floor, only the notice will be thrown into the mailbox. I have been waiting for the courier all day, tied up because I follow the package (other companies send SMS that there will be a package and even the courier calls) and a message comes that the failed attempt to deliver the package. He didn't even bother to press the intercom. It's paranoia, not a company. I will not mention that it goes very long.

Tragic service and very rude, some of these ladies behave as if they were sitting there as a punishment. I submitted 2 complaints about damaged parcels received, the answer was negative, of course, where the fault was evidently on the mail side. Prices for shipping parcels weighing around 0.5kg 27 PLN totally with prices. In addition, the guidelines packet too large, packet too small, competition has no problem and they take everything. That is why I thank the fraudsters from the Polish post office and the will to support inpost and other couriers.
